Anti-Mugshots: Puppets for Interview Practice in the Carceral Classroom In-Person
This display features puppets created by inmates at the Osceola County Correctional facilities and funded by an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. The grant was awarded to the University of Central Florida to introduce puppet-making to students in the carceral classroom, where students then used the puppets as proxies for job interview practice in English and Spanish.
