Mat Pilates In-Person
Bring your exercise mat and experience the core strengthening, postural alignment, deep breathing, and other benefits of Mat Pilates! This class is based on exercises developed by Joseph Pilates and is a full-body, body-weight workout for all fitness levels. Registration is required. Mats are not provided. Class presented by Club Pilates Celebration.
Note: These exercises require using a mat at floor level and include lying down and getting up from floor level. Consult your health professional before beginning any exercise program.
